We currently ship throughout the United States only.

Shipping options, costs, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size or weight of your order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Free Shipping – We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Here’s what to expect once your order is placed:

Processing Time: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday

Transit Time: 4–8 business days, Monday to Friday

Total Delivery Time: 5–10 business days

Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM

Time Zone: Eastern Time — New York

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, high order volume, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only sell and ship to customers located in the United States.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses such as APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, or restricted areas. Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on United States regulations or carrier restrictions.

6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

In the event of failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information, incomplete address information, or undelivered packages, orders may be returned to us.

We will contact you if this occurs and arrange a new shipment where possible. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Roselaire is not responsible for delays or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately by email at info@roselaire.com.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and find a solution as soon as possible.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first contact the shipping carrier for assistance. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps.

8. Shipping Policy Updates

We may update our Shipping Policy from time to time to meet Google Shopping Ads requirements or to improve our service. The latest version will always be available on this page.
