Return Summary

Location: We accept returns from customers located in the United States.

What can be returned: Both defective and non-defective items are eligible for return, as long as they meet the return requirements below.

Return period: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Item condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Footwear must be tried on indoors only.

Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Restocking fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

Sale items: Sale and discounted items are eligible for return as long as they meet our return requirements.

Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return has been inspected and approved.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

For footwear, items must be tried on indoors only and must not show signs of wear, dirt, scuffing, odor, damage, or outdoor use. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@roselaire.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will help arrange a replacement, refund, or return instructions.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, returned without original packaging and tags, or returned without first requesting a return.

Sale and discounted items are eligible for return as long as they meet the return requirements above.

Gift cards, if offered, are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
